Post here if you want to submit a criminal record. As this new and has no known names yet, feel free to add people even if its a past crime. Keeping this updated is important, so if you arrest someone for a crime please use the update format.

Here is a nice site to look up California laws and crimes and such. Don't feel obligated to look up specific laws and crimes and such, just there if you wanna use it. It's perfectly okay to just say "shot at an officer" or "stalked a civilian" instead of something fancy.

If someone besides a DECA officer is using this for IC info, then that's meta. This is only ICly viewable by DECa.
Also, this isn't an idea or a suggestion. It's a thing that is being done.

I think it's a good idea to actually keep some form of documentation on criminal records, and appropriately serve punishment for infractions.

But on that note, I'd like to remind people that criminal records aren't strictly digital. They do keep physical copies of such records on hand. So 'hacking a terminal' wouldn't exactly rid anyone of their criminal records.

Physical records are actually harder and harder to come by, I remember when the server for the MVSD (Murrieta Valley School District) went down in California and they had to give everyone A's for all the work that was lost because no one kept physical copies or even server backups, though I do agree that most of these records would have either a physical location or a backup location in a closed serverbox you couldn't hack if you wanted to.
