Would Be Used In: Diaster Relief. Evacuations. Hostile Encounters. Mass Civilian Protection.
Will Show Up If: Chief of PD or DECA request the National Guard during times of major emergency. If State Governor IC'ly calls them in.

Gear: M16A4 ACOG, 2 grenades, 1 flashbang, radio.
Uniform: Gray Digital ACU Uniform. 
Models: (In combat or emergency) PMC Pack, ACU Soldier models. (Non combat, passive) Rusty's Improved National Guard.

Passive Roles: Training RP. Occasional support of look outs on criminals.
Emergency Roles: Evacuations. Peacekeeping. Protection of Civilians. Riot Control. Seek and Destroy. Supply Handling. Assistance for DECA/PD.

Nice, I've a few suggestions for gear:

-Utilise the M16A4 + With ACOG (As you already have )

-Carry a sidearm, preferably the M9 Beretta, if it doesn't work (As in it doesn't work for whatever reason) use the HK45C

- Have a couple of designated LMG's

-Carry a few more grenades, i.e 3.

-Carry an equal number of flashbangs to grenades.

-Use Multicam Uniform.

Another thing; I admin on an MRP server, I clamp down on realism etc. I've got some experience of military tactics used as I'm a part of the ACF. I'd be more than happy to teach you some tactics, CQB or whatever :p

No. Also please don't try to teach him about something you really, just wont get. You can't teach someone tactics online, maybe if you gave me a literal 2-10 page handbook on field craft or something like that, with pictures, they can develop a rudimentary understanding of what it is to be a military mind. 

Honestly there's already the marines and the Sherrif's Department(Whom kind of go in and out of being cops / D.E.C.A.). It's not necessary and it's going to make things more confusing for currently serving military characters. I mean in a technicality the Marines are going to be what you use for response and if situations really got to the point where both the Marines and current serving police force could not handle the issue, it'd be something MAJOR like that goo event.

I just don't see this being useful or happening, I don't know - maybe if you'd of put more effort into it and you could provide some genuine evidence of to it's usefulness other then the fact that they do exist IRL, I can't condone or support this.
