Why do you think you should get this whitelist?:
I believe why I should be white-listed, because of my strong passion for role playing in games and role playing to the full extent and i cant do that if i only get 1/3 possibilities as a character instead of always being a citizen i like to vary my living styles in game as my characters

Write the backstory of your character [No minimum or maximum length, use common sense and discretion]:
His original name was Joe Davis was born right after 1876 after the birth his mother died due to shock during birth. His mothers name was Mary Davis She never got married .He wandered the streets with his mothers name until he became 12 then he was taken into a family of a man named Warren Price he seemed awfully weird because never ate in front of people and he sleeps at day.
With a new 'owner' Joe got a new name - Price, Joe Price. Joe got a girlfriend when he became 17 and his life changed because Warren has told his true identity of a vampire and because Joe knew his secret he was not allowed to live so Warren turned him into a vampire against his very own will. The next year was hard for him to learn to live as one of his kind. Because Joe hated hurting others for his own good so he almost died due to dehydration until his Vampire instincts broke out and killed a woman in public and after that incident he had to run away acknowledging his fate and changed his name to Joe Todd.
After the 24 years of his life he knew he had no goal and tried to take his own life by jumping of a bridge onto a hard terrain but he was caught by a mysterious figure who turned out to be a girl called Ellie Sanders. She explained to Joe how stupid his move was to almost take his own life. When she talked she made it sound like it was a gift not a curse to be a vampire and that's what keeps Joe alive to this day. Blood and hope, hope that he made the right choice to live on and not regret what was given to him but enjoy it to its full extent. Now Joe is an independent man who has a goal - To survive
Give an example of Feeding RP [10 Lines min]:
Joe is sitting on a ledge of a building waiting for the right moment to strike as he lures a bystander by throwing a rock in the alley hitting a metal plate.
The bystander quickly turns and looks to the noise coming from the alley. He looks both ways before continuing further into the darkness. Taking one step closer into the shadow and as soon as the victims body is emerged in the shadows.
"I think ive got one today" Joe grins then fades from the roof.
At the exact second Joe jumps off the ledge kicking the victim into the shadows and jumping on his body pressing him down to the ground.
"Hello there dont struggle and make this much easier for you and me" right after he says that Joe looks behind to see if no one is coming and then his fangs emerge from his gums slowly and painfully.
"Who are y.." the victim didn't have time to finish his last words.
He lowers his head to the neck of the victim and sinks his fangs into his neck like it was water. No resistance came except from small jumps of agony 1 after another.
The victim jumps in a pain but cant move due to being held down to the ground by Joe's strength and weight.
Joe starts sucking the blood out of his neck. The blood splashes all over the ground and the victim has stopped resisting.
He sucks the neck knowing its the only thing that sustains his life.
Few seconds later he bites on the other side of the neck drinking straight from an artery and blood drops splashed on the side of the alley now known as the victims grave. No more movements come from the body, no more humanly warmth and no breath.
Joe stands up leaving the body limp. He licks his lips and turns away and say "Well you cant say we didn't have fun" and grins but he saw the eyes of the victim and he remembers how he used to hate hurting people so he walks back and closes the victims eyes..
He notices a Woman - probably his wife crying behind him running to his body. Joe jumps right on her sinking his fangs into her neck and again starting to feed.
She doesn't resist at all is it because she is in pain or in shock from seeing the dead man?
The woman jumped like her husband and tried to struggle but there was no point in doing so due to the strength vampires posses. Joe kills her too and puts her limp body right next to her so assumed husbands. Also closing her eyes leaving her in eternal peace with her husband.
Give an example of Combat RP [15 lines min]:
Right after closing his victims eyes he heard police sirens and heard a policeman. The officer of the lawsaw a dead body in the shadows and Joe closing his eyes so he yelled "FREEZE OR ILL SHOOT!" Joe instantly turns and runs for the policeman so the officer opens fire joe jumps to avoid the bullets 1 after another.
"Now come one this is no fair" Joe says with a grin that is way too big in his state. State of being fired at with a pistol what it seems like.
Joe dodges them all like it was a game of catch he just ran forward with a few twisting moves to dodge the bullets coming at imaginable speed. Not only the speed of his running but the horrible aim of the officer helped him dodge all of the bullets.
As he gets close to the officer he jumps at him punching him at his stomach and trying to run to the street but there is another car waiting for him with 1 more policeman so he goes behind a wall. As bullets fly past him he peeks out looking for a cover to get closer to the attacker so he took the dead policeman's gun and started shooting just for cover to gain him just enough time to move from one cover to another.
He doesn't have any more bullets in his clip so he just throws the gun at the officer hitting him in the head so he leaps 3 meters in the air and lands on the officer taking his gun pointing it at his head asking this question
"Have you ever wandered why are you still alive?" and the officer shaking in fear asks him "What THING are you?!?"
Joe says "Its not nice to answer a question with another question." And he fired the gun right at his right shoulder.
The officer grunts in pain. And says "What do you want from me?" The officer pulls out a knife from his right holster and swings it at Joe hitting his hand but yet not leaving a scratch. Joe jumps back looking at him with a grin while he is trying to get back on his legs he feels a cold at his forehead the officer knows he has a gun to his head. And so joe pulls the trigger blowing his brains and blood. He says "What a wasted of blood. Should have stayed down." He turns and walks away.
Give an example of Passive RP [15 lines min]:
Joe is sitting on roof of the building he first killed the woman. He looks at the spot where she died knowing that that was the moment his new life started so he turned and jumped up to his apartment taking the first book off the shelf and opening a random page and reading it when he hears a knock on his door. Its a postman Joe has received a parcel.
He opens it. Its a letter from Warren Price. Asking him about his life and profession but that doesn't mater. Once he opened the letter a picture fell out. A picture of his girlfriend that he had to leave. He sat down on his sofa looking at the picture like its something he never saw before. Like he just saw God.
He forgot her name until now the picture reminded him of her. And the man that changed his life forever. Warren Price was standing at his doorstep. He instantly asked - "What are you doing here, How do you know where I live?", Warren looks at him like he did the worst mistake ever and say "Im sorry, Im sorry for turning you into a, a vampire. I know you didn't want it but i had no choice but to kill you or turn you.".
Joe runs over to the door slamming it in front of his face and going back on the sofa turning on the tv and watching it for the next 10-20 minutes before he hears another knock. Its warren again, Joe asks "What do you want?". Warren says "Im here to apologise do you accept the apology?". Joe thinks about it and then nods and slams the door in the bearded man face again returning his mind to the tv and watching it more deeply than before to block out the bad memories that came with the bearded man knocking into his mind. Joe ultimately knew it was he who sent this parcel.
So he went outside for a night walk. To get his mind back on track on survival, but the memories are deep within his brain and cannot be buried deep enough until forgotten. He goes to a local pub to think, even though he cant drink anything there he just finds it a good place to think somewhere not noisy helps him forget his thoughts. A wasted girl walks up to him and says "Hello honey looking for a good night?" Joe replies "Go away unless you are looking for your funeral" The girl looks at him with disgust and says "What a creep!" And she walks off. Not much later Joe had to retreat to his apartment to hide from the harsh rays of sun.
