How long have you been roleplaying?:
Nearly a decade, but I've been on the server for no more than a few days.

Why should you have this?:
Being homeless and penniless, my character 'Vagabond' pretty much survives by begging, or scavenging whatever she can out of garbage bins, abandoned establishments and such. Whatever she can't eat, she sells, but on some occasions she'll find something worth keeping and repairing, like say, a flashlight or a phone. This is pretty much her only means to make money aside from begging on the street, and it'd be pretty cool if I had actual items to sell.
Hell, I'd also like to create little stashes around the map for people to find. That'd be pretty fun, I think.

- Light Black Market Flag and/or something similar that would allow me to spawn moderately useful items.
- Non-professional grade General Engineering (Ghetto rigging)
- Sleight-of-hand experience and general light-handedness (For pick-pocketing)

- The ability to play the Acoustic Guitar reasonably well (For tips)
